ANSWER: You'll need to go into your facebook.com/adsmanager, select the ad you want to duplicate and click Duplicate.

ANSWER: You'll have to go to your facebook.com/adsmanager. Click on Ad Account settings, look for Payment Settings on the left hand side. Click on Add Payment Method and fill out the necessary details (concentrate on the grey shaded area) and click continue.

Once you're done, you will see an option to manage your threshold. A billing threshold is an amount that you can spend on ads before Facebook charges you. Whenever your ad costs reach your billing threshold amount, Facebook will charge you for that amount.

You will also see an option to set your accoutn spending limit which we do not recommend because it causes your account to lock down once you reach the amount you set.
